SPA POLICIES

Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-shows

We require a credit card on file for service appointments.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without any charge if the change/cancelation is requested MORE than 24 hours in advance

Please call or text us at 601-790-9821 to make changes. Do not use email or social media messages for appointment changes.

 

                

Late Policy
Appointments less than 30 minutes require timely arrival. Late arrivals on longer appointments will result in shorter service time.

Why do we have this cancellations policy?
We value your time and your business very much and know that you appreciate and value our time as well. We need time to fill appointments when cancellations occur.  This benefits our service providers and also other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on services or treatment packages.

Products can be exchanged for another item or spa credit if returned unopened within 3 days of purchase.
