Taking care of the skin to be treated or that has been treated is important for your safety and comfort, as well as to ensure the treatment is as effective as possible.  Please review the pre & post care instructions prior to your appointment, and discuss any questions with your provider.

SPA POLICIES

Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-shows

We will require a credit card on file for service appointments.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without any charge if the change/cancelation is requested MORE than 24 hours in advance

Please call or text us at 601-790-9821 to make changes. Do not use email or social media messages for appointment changes.

                

Late Policy

Appointments less than 30 minutes require timely arrival. Late arrivals on longer appointments will result in shorter service time. 

Why do we have this cancellation policy?

We value your time and your business—and appreciate that you value ours as well. Adequate notice allows us the opportunity to fill appointments when cancellations occur, which benefits both our service providers and other clients who may be waiting for an opening. 

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on services or treatment packages. 

Products can be exchanged for another item and/or spa credit if returned unopened within 3 days of purchase.
