SPA POLICIES
Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-shows
To book an appointment, we require a credit card on file. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge if done MORE than 24 hours in advance. Please call or text us at 601-790-9821 to make changes. Do not use email or social media messages for appointment changes.
LATE CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES: Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours or less of the appointment’s start time will result in a non-refundable charge to the credit card on file. The cancellation charge is 50% of the service cost.
NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS: If you miss your appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service. The charge will be made to the credit card on file. (No-show means that one does not call to cancel and does not come for their appointment.)
Late Policy
Appointments less than 30 minutes require timely arrival. Late arrivals on longer appointments will result in shorter service time.
Why Are We Doing This:
We value your time and your business very much and know that you appreciate and value our time as well. We need time to fill appointments when cancellations occur. This benefits our service providers and also other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Return Policy
There are no refunds on services or packages. Products can be exchanged for another item and/or spa credit if returned unopened within 3 days of purchase. There are no refunds on any opened products or unopened products after 3 days of purchase.
